The UPPAbaby V2 is our top-rated full size stroller. It is a great option for families with growing children since it can be used with a bassinet, toddler car seat or infant seats. The stroller is able to take a riding board, turning it into a triple stroller.

The seats are padded to provide comfort. The recline is adjustable to four positions and is simple to use. The foot rest is also adjustable to provide passengers with a more comfortable ride. It's referred to as to be a "modular stroller" or "convertible stroller" It comes with more than 20 different designs for use with various seats, cots and infant car seats (car adapters for seats are sold separately).

The Cybex Gazelle is easy to maneuver and lightweight making it ideal for parents who enjoy exploring. It also has a huge storage basket under it and a wide range of attachments that give parents the option to take their light shopping or groceries with them. It's more expensive than some other two-in-one prams but it's well worth the purchase because of the quality and performance of this model is top-notch.

This stroller has a one-pull safety harness that makes it simple to secure your child into the seat. It also has a removable sun canopy with peek-a-boo and XXL panels. The telescopic handlebar adjusts to accommodate the height of parents and the brake is easy to access which makes it safe for children to operate.

Sophie is a mother from London she tried the stroller with her two daughters aged 5 and 10 months. It was easy to maneuver and smooth on cobbled streets, even if the ground was slick. She was delighted that the padded seats and footrests were ergonomically designed for comfort and the large shopping basket was very handy. 4. Joovy Twin Roo+

A minimalist frame stroller, the Twin Roo+ offers car seat click-in functionality and a huge storage bin. It is one of the lightest double strollers on the market. It weighs 24 pounds without infant car seat attachments, which is on the lighter side for a double stroller. It is slightly heavier than both the UPPAbaby V2 double and the Thule Urban Glide 2 double.

The Roo+ is simple to use and comes with a handy quick-start guide. It snaps together quickly and takes less than 10 minutes to be road-ready. It doesn't come with an enclosed canopy therefore you will be required to buy your own sunshades to your children if they require extra protection from the elements.

Through our testing during our testing, we found the Roo+ to maneuver well for a dual stroller. It can maneuver through all terrains, but has trouble on grassy areas and over gravel. It can also be hard to steer it up and over 1-inch curbs. We do not recommend taking this stroller off-road or on stairs, but it does offer excellent suspension to reduce bumps for the passengers.

The Roo+ has a large storage bin under the seat, but it's difficult to access without removing infant car seats. This is a problem twin frame strollers typically have, but Joovy has an underseat baby carrier to help solve this issue.

In contrast to other top-scoring models the Roo+ does not have self-standing folds or cup holders. It's a small cost to pay for car storage and seat compatibility, however we'd rather have a stroller with a bit more versatility. The flexibility of its seating configuration is a nice feature, however, as it allows parents to place their infant car seats facing opposite directions or in the same direction to better meet their needs.
